Clean and the staff was generally very friendly. I took a suite with air con, a bath, the balcony. The location was particularly good and perfect, easy to organise a taxi!

Good location.

Good size rooms. Nice and quiet.

No hot water in the shower in the morning. Reception could not give me a receipt for the payment of my room on departure. Felt they could have been more helpful.

The adventure playground was a hit with the kids, and having such engaging activities right at the hotel was a huge bonus for our family, including my cousin.

In my wife's opinion, the toddler room needs improvement. It could be cleaner and have more entertainment options for little ones.

The fruit juice was a real kicker, and we loved the dino park that kept the kids buzzing! The spa area? Total surprise hit-plunge bath and sauna made it fab for the adults!

As for the scones at afternoon tea, they were stale and the bread rolls at breakfast left much to be desired. Plus, the AC was a bit of a letdown, and a 4PM check-in feels a bit late.
